This unit is located on the secluded north east side of the neighborhood and is very quiet.
The living area is furnished in a relaxed tropical décor with a very special touch: a turtle ottoman the owners have named “Shelly”! Both the living area and the dining area open onto the lanai with a beautifully landscaped grassy area and the ocean view. Enjoy the gentle breezes while you sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening cocktail. This is how to relax!
Wonderful Kitchen Area
The upscale kitchen is extremely well-equipped and features a breakfast bar, GE appliances, and granite counter tops. The dining area table will seat up to 6, or enjoy your dinner on the private lanai!
The upstairs master bedroom suite features a California King bed, ceiling fan, bath with dual sinks, walk in shower and separate soaking tub. Step out on your own private lanai to enjoy the warm breeze each morning and lovely ocean view when you arise.
First Guest Bedroom
The first guest bedroom offers a queen sized bed and en suite bath with shower/tub combination. The second guest bedroom, located on the main floor for convenience and privacy, features a comfortable double bed and opens to the main floor full bath with shower and oversized vanity.
Second Guest Bedroom
For safety and accessibility, handicapped bars have been installed in the master and downstairs showers. All baths are equipped with higher toilet seats for handicapped accessibility.
The full-sized washer and dryer on the main floor in the condo make it easy to care for your family’s needs. All the linens, laundry soaps, kitchen supplies, and paper goods for your stay will be furnished for your convenience.
